Refund Eligibility

  1. b) To be eligible for a refund, you must claim within 7 days of payment with Valid reasons and proofs.

Refund Process

  2. b) Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to process it.

Non-Refunds Items

If you exceed the time limit of 7 days and House & Goods will not be responsible for any refund issues.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. b) If you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
